I'm afraid the "actual" photo is really quite dull.

I like that effect, I remember seeing a photo similar to it at Wolfish Musings. Where the camera is out of focus.

Hint: what might cause reflections? Nothing electrical. No Xmas lights, here or on the Wolf's blog (I don't even know what his are, he never said).
